Hong Kong Cinema: Kung-fu Gif-away

With deep respect and in honor of Hong Kong Cinema's tribute to Lau Kar-leung (aka Liu Chia-liang), the late master of kung-fu fight choreography responsible for many of the beloved genre’s most important work and inspiring such luminaries as Quentin Tarantino and the Wu-Tang Clan, we're offering  two pairs of tickets (4 tickets total) to both The Eight Diagram Pole Fighter and The 36th Chamber of Shaolin for Best Original Kung-fu Gif and one ticket to each (2 tickets total) for Best Found Kung-fu Gif!

A rad and original gif example is of a scene from The 36th Chamber of Shoalin, created by SFFS Publicity Manager Bill Proctor and using memecenter.com:

By 3:00 pm, Tuesday, October 1, please comment on this blog post with the link to your gif and contact email.  Or if you'd like your entry to remain anonymous, please email your gif and contact email to community@sffs.org.  Winners will be notified by email and winning gifs will be posted in a subsequent blog.

We understand there any many hysterical yet common gifs floating around and entrants may coincidentally submit the same gif, so whoever submits firsts, gets the entry first. BONUS: You can submit up to 3 entries.

Sorry to say, SFFS employees (current and past) and family members are ineligible to win.  Though we would still admire your effort in creating a kung-fu gif!
